Mr. Stilson has lost his hair! After raising over $1000 schoolwide, Mrs. Casne-Fetz’s class (who raised over $250) shaved Mr. Stilson’s head in front of the whole school today. Nice work, Central Tigers!
We are raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphona Society!
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Series campaign is working with thousands of schools across the country to raise funds for blood cancer research. They are saving lives of blood cancer patients not Someday but Today.
Send in your pennies (or spare change) to help your class earn the chance to shave Mr. Stilson’s head. After April 9th, the winning class will have the honors of giving Principal Stilson his new ‘do!

Central School is hosting our 3rd annual Kids’ College on Thursday, January 18th from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. This is an early release day with a noon dismissal. Last year, children participated in many lessons including cooking, Spanish lessons, accounting, birdhouses, astronomy, music and art. They loved the experience, so we would like to offer this opportunity to children at Central School again this January.
Please consider leading an activity or helping to run an activity. If you can commit to that morning, contact Mrs. Casne-Fetz, our Kids’ College facilitator this year. Include your name, your child’s name & teacher, the activity you plan to run, and a good phone number where we can reach you. Please email Mrs. Casne-Fetz by Friday, January 5th if you plan to participate.
Thank you for your ongoing support of our students at Central School!
